The Truth Remix: Why I'm Trading Conversations for the Written Word
Less talking. More writing :)
There's a reality that weighs heavy on my heart lately. The gap between my truth and the truth.
I find myself constantly frustrated in social audio conversations with people from every corner of the world, from all walks of life. Time and again, I encounter the same thing: truth gets distorted through each person's individual remix of it. It's perplexing and downright astonishing how we've created these comfortable pacifiers that rock us away from reality.
I'll be honest—I can see the appeal. There's comfort in our personalized versions of truth. But that comfort only serves those who prioritize pleasure over healing, fantasy over reality.
What I've come to realize is that writing offers me the most peaceful way to share what I've learned without the demonic interferences that typically sabotage my contributions to social audio conversations about spirituality and Jesus Christ. This isn't about avoiding dialogue—it's about finding the right season for the right expression.
I'm in a season of great writing and less talking. I literally have no desire to verbalize revelations anymore unless explicitly called to do so by the Lord. There's something profoundly liberating about this shift.
So, here's to a rich era of writing that lies before us. I'm relieved and excited to fully express, share, and learn alongside those of you who are locked in Christ through the articles I'll be sharing here on my Substack.
I'm curious—have you experienced this same friction? That spiritual resistance when the word of God and its revelations try to break through in conversations? Have you felt that downright rejection of spiritual truth?
